Conference Zone (4th Floor)
The Conference Zone serves as a presentation venue for various external collaborations. It is also used as a collaboration and networking space where young entrepreneurs showcase the ideas they have developed in the Start-up Space on the 15th floor and introduce them to investors and industry partners.
Big Conference Room

- Suitable for large lectures, conferences, academic forums, guest speaker sessions, and university ceremonies.
Mid Conference Room / Product Exhibition Space
- Ideal for medium-sized conferences, seminars, presentations, Product display
Communication Areas / Product Exhibition Space
Designated communication areas are available for informal discussions, networking, group conversations, and relaxation before or after events.
The Middle Conference Room and Communication Areas are designed as flexible, open spaces that can be freely configured and transformed. They can be used as venues where industry and research partners display and introduce their products.
Cafeteria
A cafeteria is located within the Conference Zone, offering refreshments and a comfortable space for breaks during events, conferences, and meetings.
Usage Policy
The Conference Zone is available for university-related academic, professional, and student activities. Advance booking is required. Users are expected to follow university policies regarding facility usage and maintain cleanliness and order during events.
