Woosong University Kazakhstan hosted a Special
Lecture and Student Meeting
with the Director of the Youth Resource
Center
on Friday, October 24th, at 3:30 PM in the Big Conference Room (4F).
The event was held in conjunction with the signing of a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU)
between the Turkistan Region Department of Public
Development’s Youth Resource Center and Woosong University Kazakhstan,
marking an important step toward strengthening cooperation in youth development
and education.

The purpose of the
Memorandum is to enhance the potential of young people in the fields of
education,
science, and culture
, while expanding opportunities for international
education programs and academic exchange
. The agreement also focuses on
promoting
volunteerism and leadership development, providing guidance on
studying abroad, and offering career orientation support to students. Through
this partnership, both institutions aim to create a supportive environment that
encourages active civic engagement and professional growth among youth.

During the signing
ceremony, Mr. Ernar Nuralyuly, Head of the Youth Resource Center, and Mr.
Kim Hong Gi
, Rector of Woosong University Kazakhstan, engaged in
constructive discussions on key issues affecting today’s youth. Topics included
enhancing students’ legal literacy, involving volunteer law students
in providing legal consultation services, implementing effective youth policy
initiatives, and developing cooperation in the field of artificial
intelligence
. The agreement also outlines plans to jointly implement
educational, research, and innovation projects, as well as to expand
opportunities for student internships and participation in international
collaborative initiatives.

As part of the event,
Mr. Ernar Nuralyuly met with Woosong University Kazakhstan students and shared
his professional experience related to youth policy, community engagement, and
career development. The meeting was conducted in an open discussion format,
allowing students to actively participate, ask questions, and receive practical
advice on personal development, volunteering, and future career paths.

The Youth Resource
Center also expressed strong interest in supporting student-led activities and
fostering long-term collaboration with the university. In addition, the Center
pledged to provide two sets of table tennis equipment, demonstrating their support
for student recreation and healthy lifestyles. Students were encouraged to
prepare questions in advance and stay connected through the Center’s official
social media channels for updates on volunteer programs, youth initiatives, and
upcoming events.

The session provided
students with valuable insights into youth development opportunities, civic
responsibility, and institutional cooperation. We extend our sincere
appreciation to the Youth Resource Center of the Turkistan Region for their
visit and continued commitment to supporting the academic, professional, and
social growth of our students.
